Trade at Dermisence.net
To complete a purchase on Dermisence.net, we need your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. This is necessary to send you your ordered goods, and to keep you updated about your delivery.

If you create a customer profile, your personal data is stored in your account. You can change your information yourself from my side, or request that your account be deleted. If you make a purchase as a guest, the personal data will only be stored on your order.
We are required to store order information in connection with accounting and handling of fees and any returns. The history is deleted automatically after ten years.

Newsletter
We have the option of sending you articles, good offers and campaigns by e-mail, if you agree to this. When filling in the form for signing up for our newsletter, we save your name and your e-mail address. This information is stored on Mailchimp's servers. You have the opportunity to unsubscribe from the list at any time by using a link you will find at the bottom of the newsletter you receive from us.

Payment card
When you pay by card on Dermisence.net, payment details and card details will be shared with our payment provider, Klarna, Vipps, Visa and Mastercard. This information is only used to make a payment.
To make shopping even easier, you have the option of saving the card information in our payment provider's systems. We do not store your card information beyond referencing it by an identifier. The payment provider stores the information in a safe and secure manner, and is certified according to the card companies' strictest regulations, PCI Level 1.

Skin care consultation and advice
In the case of personalized skin care consultation via telephone, online chat, physical treatment, video or e-mail and follow-up skin care consultation, we process the following information:

Name
Contact details (e.g. address, e-mail and telephone number)
Sex
Approximate age
Purchase information
Skin tone
Image, if the user chooses
Health data from the skin test

Distribution
Dermisence.net sends all orders via Bring. What is shared with the delivery company is first name, last name and address information. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared for notification.

Product reviews
You have the opportunity to give your feedback on our products. When you use the form to create a product review, we store the given name, e-mail address, rating and review in our database. The review appears on the product page.

Messenger chat
When you use our messenger chat, the information you provide and a log of the conversation will be stored in the messenger chat's systems. The information is deleted when the call ends.

Google Analytics
Dermisence.net uses Google Analytics to analyze how visitors use the website. The information that is stored is anonymous, and can e.g. be the number of page views, the number of visits, etc. The purpose is to increase user-friendliness on the website, and to get a picture of what visitors find interesting. The information is stored by Google Inc.

Advertising on Google
Hudsykepleierenshop.no uses cookies from Google to be able to carry out targeted advertising on these pages, as well as track the response to this marketing. In this way, we can also exclude ads for users who we do not think will find our ads relevant.

Deletion of personal data
Dermisence.net will delete your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the service we provide to you. We are required by law to keep certain information for a certain period of time due to accountancy legislation.
You can request to have your information deleted at any time by contacting us. Our contact information can be found at the bottom of this page.

Your rights
You have the right to be told what personal data we store about you, and how this data is processed. You can request the creation, deletion and restrictions in the processing of this information in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
The personal information is used on the basis of and in line with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing of your personal data in the period until the consent was withdrawn.
If you believe that Vivo Clinic has not respected your rights in accordance with the Personal Data Act, you have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority. This is done by sending a complaint to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.

Changes to the privacy policy
Dermisence.net reserves the right to adjust and adapt this privacy policy. The user will be informed in writing of such changes through our services.
